    Immaculately clean and ideal place, has INCREDIBLE views over the whole town. Glad I took apartment, it was huge and tidy. The hotel offers lovely meal in the morning, tasty food. The bus stop is 10 minutes' walk away. All in all they offer exceptional service. Moreover, it has very good wi-fi, really handy.

    We had a really really nice stay at this art hotel. The food they offered was savoury, had lots of meals. The provided service was amazing. Moreover, we could park the car on-site...

    Perfect hotel, big size and huge rooms. Great food in the terrace for breakfast with the most magnificent views. Extremely comfy beds, central heating, multi-channel TV, tea and coffee making equipment in the room. Amazing service overall and parking on-site. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Stunning and good location to a multi-purpose stadium. Set in a lovely quiet area very close to the entire town, geysers, lake as well as mountains in the background.

    Exceptionally nice location close to tourist attractions and restaurants, with a hilltop view of the town. Reasonably large rooms with coffee/tea making facilities, dining and seating areas. - Enjoyed a nice bedroom and appreciated the option for a late check-out.

    the hotel offers well-appointed and immaculate rooms with a great view. the accommodation includes a washing machine and spa tub, which I appreciate. 3. the breakfast served was gorgeous with a beautiful view. 4. the muesli was very healthy and the coffee was excellent.

    The location is marvellous, just 4 miles from Te Puia. the suite is immaculate and has everything you need, including tea and coffee making equipment, a dining area, and a sitting area. I loved my stay and would love to come back.

    We recently stayed at Karanda Bnb for two nights and it was absolutely fantastic. Lesley and Ron were amazing hosts and provided us with helpful advice and recommendations throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and had a stunning view of the lake. We loved the coffee/snack nook with a fridge and the substantial and delicious breakfast. The location was perfect for exploring all the attractions in the area. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

    Highly recommend this hotel.

    We had an excellent stay in our vacation and can recommend this place. Everything was perfect; the parking was on-site. - the room was very well furnished. - Loved the room with a view; our bed was exceptionally comfortable. - Hair dryers, complimentary toiletries, and bath sheets were very handy.
